"Convenient, but Nothing Special"
Getting to the station was easy, and the signs definitely helped me find my way without much hassle. I appreciated that part, though overall it was just an okay experience, convenient, but not especially memorable.

"Actually helpful, which was a nice surprise"
I had a couple of questions before sending my parcel, because apparently reading instructions once is not enough for me. The staff were really patient though, explained everything clearly, and didn’t make me feel like I was holding up the entire postal universe.
I also had a small tracking issue, because of course the one thing meant to reassure you decided to be confusing. They sorted it out quickly, and were easy to deal with the whole time. Nice people, easy process, and I’d use upexpress again...

"Really comfy ride"
The seats was really comfy, and I ended up sleeping through most of the trip. it made the ride feel way shorter...

I used it recently everything was clean and straightforward. I didn’t run into any issues, and there wasn’t anything to complain about. I’d be fine using it again.

"Arrived later than I expected both times"
I’ve used upexpress.com twice now, once a few weeks ago and again last week, and both times the delivery showed up later than I was expecting. The tracking didn’t really update much along the way either, so for a couple of days I wasn’t sure where my package was or what was going on. It did eventually arrive both times, but based on my experience, it’s not reliable enough for me to use again...

"Took longer than I expected"
It wasn’t terrible or anything, but it wasn’t great either. The travel time ended up being longer than I thought, and it just didn’t really fit well with my schedule. I had to wait around more than I expected, and something about it made the whole trip feel more tiring than it should’ve been. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it was kind of disappointing.

"Pickup works, I just wish it came around more often"
Overall, the service is fine and it does what it’s supposed to do. My only real issue is the pickup schedule, it feels like the times are a little too spread out. I keep noticing small things, like bags sitting by the curb longer than expected or having to double-check the pickup window more than once. If pickups happened a bit more frequently, it would be much easier to plan around.

"Felt a bit expensive for what it was"
Maybe I’m being a little picky, but the tickets ended up costing more than I expected, especially once the fees were added. The booking process itself was fine and I didn’t have any real issues there. I just later found almost the same options for cheaper elsewhere, so it left me feeling like it wasn’t the best value for me. Not awful, just probably not something I’d rush to use again.
